What doesn’t change
If you need content or design updates to your site, Elementary will still look after that. Just ask us as usual and we’ll scope and bill through Elementary.

FAQs
Why are you making this change?
Auxilio IT already powers our hosting behind the scenes. Moving billing and day-to-day hosting admin and technical support to them keeps things simple and specialist.
Will there be downtime?
We expect minimal or none. If any brief maintenance windows are needed, we’ll schedule them to be low-impact and let you know.
What happens with my domain?
If we currently manage your domain, Auxilio IT will take this on under Option 1. If your domain sits with another registrar and you’re staying with Auxilio, we’ll confirm the best setup. If you’re migrating elsewhere, we’ll help you plan DNS changes.
How do I start paying Auxilio?
Choose Option 1, complete the short form, and Auxilio IT will set up your monthly billing at £26 + VAT.
I pay annually. What happens now?
We’ll pro-rate anything outstanding and make sure there’s no overlap. Tell us in the form and we’ll confirm the details.
What if I do nothing?
If we haven’t heard from you by 31 October 2025, we’ll move you to Auxilio IT and they’ll begin billing from 1 November 2025.
Who do I contact for website changes?
Elementary — exactly as before.
